Have you heard?

Hey there,

I’m Becky Leu - interior designer, business owner, and dog mom. You may have heard word that I created a video tutorial for interior designers to follow along and learn how to render their beautiful designs using only Photoshop. You heard right!

Like many younger designers, I was trained in Revit, AutoCAD, and Sketchup while earning my BFA in Interior Design. That’s when I first fell in love with 3D visualization. My renderings became my portfolio show-stoppers and my means of impressing potential employers. They landed me my first job! However, it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to understand that 3D renderings take forever. When I launched my own business, I quickly realized the time commitment that my 3D renderings demanded was not actually practical for every client, and especially not when I’m a one-woman-show running every part of my business completely solo. I knew outsourcing was an option, but my business was new so the expense was scary. Plus, I still loved creating beautiful visuals myself.

Then, out of the blue, I learned about e-design and Photoshop rendering.

In the beginning of my e-design adventures, I saw Photoshop rendering as a get-me-by for quick visualization for my online clients only. But then I actually got good at it! Using Photoshop turned out to be the most efficient way to quickly show my ideas to local clients as well. If a client wants to know what their brand new $8k sofa is going to look like with the rug and chairs I picked out BEFORE it gets to their house, do you think I’m turning to Revit and modeling a 3D version of their room to render realistically just to comfort them? NO! That would take 2 days, costing them a fortune and keeping me from my other clients. With Photoshop, I can mock up the room in 1-2 hours and send a beautiful “sneak peek” visual for my clients to get excited about. Pretty soon, I found myself using Photoshop renderings for every design client!

I’ve now been using this technique for 3 years and I’ve created over 300 designs for both online and local clientele, using ONLY Photoshop.

No expensive, complicated CAD software necessary.

Join me in my Photoshop Rendering Tutorial Video to learn how to use Photoshop as a digital art tool to create any space you can imagine - even if you’re not an artist, and even if you’re not a Photoshop wizard (yet!). This is the perfect solution for getting your ideas into a beautiful, crisp, visual format that your clients can understand - and show off to their friends!
